How to Stop Attracting Negative People to Your Life
Placing your attention, energy, and focus on the negative aspects of some people in your life brings you more of the same. Simply put, that’s the Law of Attraction at work.
When you shift your attention to the kinds of people you DO want in your life, that shift, coupled with your clear desire to STOP attracting negative people into your life, will set the energy in motion for new results to show up. When you shift from what you don’t want, to what you do want, your vibration changes. And know this-you can only hold one vibration at a time! The Law of Attraction is always matching your vibration in any given moment.
The Law of Attraction can be used to ensure that you are always in vibrational harmony with the people you are attracting into your life. If you plot your vibration on a scale that measures from 1-100, with 100 being the highest calibration, you are currently attracting other people into your life that match your score on this scale. In other words, if your vibration measures 75 on this scale and a person in your life measures closely to that, you are a close vibrational match. It is also important to realize that if your vibration measures 30 on this scale, you are a close match to another person whose vibration is at 30.
Your feelings always tell you if you are in vibrational harmony with another person. When you meet someone who is offering a significantly lower vibration than yours, you often feel dragged down by that person, i.e. the experience just doesn’t feel good. On the other hand, when you are with someone who vibrates closely to your score, it feels good to be with them. You are in vibrational harmony with that person. Suppose you are the one with a much lower vibration. If you experience a person with a significantly higher vibration, you may feel uplifted and raise your vibe to match theirs, or you may feel uncomfortable being around them. In short, the distance between your score and the score of another person equals the extent to which it doesn’t feel good. We call that resistance. The greater difference in the scores, the greater resistance there is.
Here’s a great tool to help you next time you experience a negative person in your life. While you are having a conversation with that person; perhaps listening to them describe (in great detail) what they don’t want and how negative their life is, ask them the following question: “So, what do you want? How would you like it to be different?” In their response, they will stop talking about what they don’t want, and start talking about what they do want. At that very moment, their vibration will shift and they’ll start raising their vibration to match yours.
Remember too, people treat you the way you allow them. In Law of Attraction, this means that you can set your vibrational boundaries so that you will only participate in and maintain positive conversations. Feeding into somebody’s negative conversation will bring your vibration down. Decide today to maintain your high vibration and stop feeding into other people’s negative vibes. This will go a long way to maintaining your high, positive vibration, which will in turn, attract other people with high, positive vibrations into your life.

Attracting Abundance And Prosperity By Expressing Appreciation
Keeping a gratitude journal can be a key part of living a happy and prosperous life.
How so? Acknowledging all the things, events, and people we appreciate will quickly get us out of the whining mode and right into the happy mode, increasing our vibration. And with that, well begin to draw more of the things were already happy about.
The Law of Attraction says that whatever we focus on we draw to us. And if you have ever any doubts about that, just give it a try.
Ever notice how your days go from bad to worse as you grumble and resent all the things in your life that make you miserable or that you THINK to make you miserable.
We won't get into justifications here. It's clear enough that if you think enough about them, that's where you'll stay, and that's what you'll keep getting. So, what if somebody else had a hand in it? Do you really want to give them the satisfaction of successfully making you miserable too?
You can turn things around. Express appreciation. In writing. For the unlikeliest things. The only condition: you must find a way, any way, to actually feel some appreciation.
One of my favorites: I forgot who it was, but in response to tough times, someone said he would give thanks for the challenges that make life such a growth experience. Oh, look, another growth experience! Thank you! So, let's give thanks for all the learning lessons that bless our lives.
But it doesn't just have to be challenging. Sometimes the simple things, the things that we normally take for granted, work just as well as objects of our appreciation. Did you have a good meal today? Or yesterday? Are there people in your life who would miss you if you were gone? People you would miss? Express gratitude.
Can you see it? Hear? Walk? Talk? Express gratitude. Is today a beautiful day? Did the sun appear when it was supposed to? Express gratitude.
Do you own or have access to something, anything, you enjoy? A book, a CD, a piece of clothing or jewelry (no fancy metals and minerals required)? Express gratitude.
Chances are there are many things that deserve to be written into your gratitude journal. And why write them down? There's something about the writing process that makes things so much more real. You've probably read all about the power of written-down goals. Well, gratitude, especially as a path towards greater prosperity and abundance, works the same way.
Then watch what happens. Your vibrations will go up. You'll feel happier. Things start working better. Maybe some new signs of prosperity come very quickly, maybe they'll take a while.
Either way, you can be assured that as long as you keep grumbling, you'll keep swatting any incoming signs of prosperity away like flies. So stop grumbling and welcome all the good that'll be flowing into your life.

Practical Mental Influence – Attracting Thought Waves
Then again there is another feature of the case that we must not lose sight of, and that is the Attraction between minds, by virtue of which one draws to himself the Thought Waves of others whose thoughts are in accord with his own.
The contrary is true, for there is Repulsion between the minds of persons and the Thought Waves of others whose thoughts are not in accord with his own.
The contrary is true, for there are Repulsions between the minds of persons and the Thought Waves of others antagonistic to their thoughts. To quote a well-worn and much-used expression to illustrate this truth, “Like attracts Like,” and “Birds of a Feather flock together.”
There is ever in operation this marvelous law of Attraction and Repulsion of Mental Energy – Persons allowing their thoughts to run along certain lines, and permitting the feelings to be expressed in certain ways, draw to themselves the Thought Waves and mental influences of others keyed to the same mental key-note. And likewise, they repel the waves and influences of an opposing nature.
This is an important fact to remember in one’s everyday life. Good attracts Good and repels Evil. Evil attracts Evil and repels Good. The predominant Mental Attitude serves to attract similar influences and to repel the opposing ones. Therefore watch carefully the character and nature of your thoughts – cultivate the desirable ones and repress the undesirable ones. Verily “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
Some Thought Waves sent forth with but little strength travels slowly and do not proceed very far from their place of radiation, but creep along with like some smoke or fog, lazily and yielding. Other thoughts charged with a greater intensity of desire or will, dart forth vigorously like an electric spark, and often travel great distances.
The weak Thought Waves do not last a very long time, but fade away or become neutralized or dissipated by stronger, forces. But the strong thoughts persist for a long time, retaining much of their vitality and energy.
In the same manner, the Thought Waves of a person will continue to vibrate around him wherever he goes, and those coming in contact with him will be impressed by the character of his vibrations in this way. Some people send forth gloomy vibrations in this way. Some people send forth gloomy vibrations, which you feel when you come in contact with them.
Others radiate good cheer, courage, and happiness, which conditions are induced in those with whom they come in contact. Many people will manifest these qualities so strongly that one can notice the effect on the moment such persons enter a room. They carry their atmosphere with them, and the same is induced in the minds of others around them.
In the same way, some people carry with them vibrations of Will-Power and Masterfulness that beat upon the minds of others, making them feel the power of such persons and conquering their own will-power and changing their desires.
Others manifest a strong power of Fascination or Attraction, in a similar manner which tends to draw others to them and to their desires and wishes. Not only does this principle operate in the phase of general mental atmospheres, but also in the phase of direct personal influence.
All forms of Mental influence operate along the lines of Mental induction, as herein described. The principle is the same in all cases and instances, although the manner of operation varies according to the particular phase of the phenomena manifested. Remember this as we proceed, and you will be able to understand the subject much better.

7 ways to improve your spiritual wellness
The spiritual element of wellness can be the most personal piece of the puzzle when trying to place all seven dimensions of wellness together. Generally, people like to live a life with meaning and purpose. When these goals are met, it puts harmony in one’s life, and the others they surround themselves with.
So, what can you do to improve your spiritual wellness? It’s best to figure out what techniques work for you. Since spiritual wellness involves one’s values, beliefs, and purpose, it can be achieved in several ways—both physically and mentally.
1. Explore your spiritual core. By exploring your spiritual core, you are simply asking yourself questions about the person you are and your meaning. Ask yourself: Who am I? What is my purpose? What do I value most? These questions will lead you down a road where you will think more in-depth about yourself and allow you to notice things about yourself that will help you achieve fulfillment.
2. Look for deeper meanings. Looking for deeper meanings in your life and analyzing occurring patterns will help you see that you have control over your destiny. Being aware of this can help you achieve a happy and healthy life.
3. Get it out. Expressing what is on your mind will help you to maintain a focused mind. After a long day or a significant event, you may feel confused and not be able to make sense of your feelings. By writing down your thoughts, you may be able to think clearer and move forward.
4. Try yoga. Yoga is a physical technique that can help improve your spiritual wellness by reducing emotional and physical strains on your mind and body. Yoga is taught at all different levels and can help lower stress, boost the immune system, and lower blood pressure as well as reduce anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia.
5. Travel. It’s true! Taking time for yourself to travel to a comforting place or somewhere new can do wonders for your mind. When you are at a place where your mind can keep out distractions and help you reflect and rest, you will have a better connection with yourself. This allows you to weed out stressors and set your mind on the right path for overall wellness. Some activities to take part in when on a trip can be exercising, speaking with a counselor or advisor, meditation, or taking a temporary vow of silence.
6. Think positively. Once you start viewing things in your life in a positive manner, you will find yourself thinking differently and refocusing your mind to a happy, healthy place. When you eliminate negativity and re-frame how you think of certain things and situations, you’ll notice yourself being more relaxed.
7. Take time to meditate. While managing your time and daily tasks can be hard, it is crucial to devote time to connecting with yourself. Whether in the morning when you wake up, during your lunch break, or before you go to sleep, take five to 10 minutes to meditate each day. Fitting mediation and relaxation into your lifestyle will free your mind and foster a stronger relationship with your spiritual wellness.
